Job Overview

The Regional Lean Manager is a key role responsible for driving the development, implementation, and harmonization of LEAN principles across the North American region. This position will lead the charge in developing and managing LEAN projects, ensuring a seamless and efficient supply chain experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for:
  • Developing and managing a Regional Logistics Lean program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Leading LEAN projects, focusing on value stream mapping, process optimization, and waste reduction
  • Developing and maintaining LEAN tools, standards, and best practices, ensuring seamless implementation across the organization
  • Coaching and enabling employees to drive LEAN initiatives, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address supply chain challenges, driving innovative solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification, with experience in LEAN projects and process improvement
  • Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience, with a strong understanding of LEAN concepts and principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages preferred
