Position Overview:


The Transportation Program Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing our client's transportation services, focusing on the continuous improvement of the commuting experience for riders.

This position will serve as an integral part of our client's transportation team, immersing in their organizational culture and contributing to a program recognized for its excellence in commuter services.


Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison for the client, working closely with internal teams. Oversee the logistics of route planning, staffing, and client engagement to ensure compliance with service agreements.
Manage the monthly invoicing process for clients.
Provide clients with monthly financial forecasts and detailed reports explaining any discrepancies in billing.

Facilitate rider communications through various channels and collaborate with the client's internal team to maintain up-to-date transportation information on the internal website.

Leverage technology platforms to monitor and enhance shuttle services, providing data-driven insights to support client initiatives.
Utilize project management skills to promote effective collaboration among teams and meet project deadlines.
Design and administer surveys to collect data aimed at improving rider satisfaction.
Maintain a collaborative relationship with local operations teams to ensure adherence to driver and fleet standards.
Work with customer success, marketing, and operations teams to support overarching program objectives.
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to the client, highlighting service updates.
Engage with the client's transportation team on a weekly basis to discuss ongoing projects.
Analyze transportation metrics dashboards to provide insightful reporting and analysis that inform program decisions.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transportation management, customer service, or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in project management within cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to set and achieve performance goals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in various technology platforms is essential.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, data visualization tools, and survey generation software is preferred.
A passion for alternative transportation methods is advantageous.

Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transportation management, customer service, or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

A bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution may substitute for two years of transportation experience and one year of supervisory experience.
