Position Overview

The Program Support Specialist is essential in delivering comprehensive assistance across various initiatives within Community Human Services. This role involves close monitoring of participant development and progress, ensuring that all activities align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and programmatic support under the supervision of the Program Officer.
  • Coordinate schedules and manage vendor relationships to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist clients in cultivating vital life skills while addressing challenges related to housing, employment, finances, education, and health.
  • Work collaboratively to empower residents in achieving their objectives of securing stable housing and attaining self-sufficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support program functions.
Compensation

Salary range is $58,777 – $71,444 annually, depending on experience, with an additional 5% bilingual stipend.
