Job Overview

The Regional Facades Manager is a key role at Wells Concrete, responsible for driving business development and sales efforts to identify market opportunities for facades building solutions. This position requires collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure positive Wells experiences and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships to meet sales goals for facades building and construction solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and positive Wells experiences.
  • Lead design-build preconstruction efforts for facade projects, including facilitating meetings to drive value and exploring opportunities for Wells.
  • Create and manage budgets and schedules, evaluating building systems throughout the sales and design process to find the best value solution.
  • Assist in establishing strategic plans, sales targets, and competitive analyses, offering thought leadership and market awareness to recognize and anticipate client needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • Five years of construction sales experience or related sales or business development expertise.
  • Travel expectation 40-50%.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and material pricing.
  • Proven successful management of sales with a profitable book of work in the building industry.
