Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiac Tech-CMA to join our team at Johns Hopkins Medicine. As a Cardiac Tech-CMA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our Cardiovascular Specialists of Central Maryland practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to patients and healthcare teams in a fast-paced cardiology environment
  • Assist with diagnostic procedures and patient care duties
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
  • Associate college degree desirable, preferably in a clinical discipline
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Training Program and/or active certification as a Medical Assistant by an approved national examination agency
  • Current training and certification in basic life support (BLS) required; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) required for specific diagnostic areas
  • 5 years physician office medical assistant experience with significant experience in cardiology
