We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Key Holder to join our team in Berkeley, CA. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Assist in maintaining the store's standard and ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer experiences
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless store operations
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including operating the register and handling cash and credit transactions
Requirements
