About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Nike. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience, engaging with customers, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining store appearance.
