Key Holder Job Description

Title Nine is seeking a part-time Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing the registers, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the store, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  • Manage the registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support retail sales efforts by assisting customers with purchases, answering questions, and promoting products.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
  • A background check will be required for this position.
