- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, driving business growth and success.
- Create weekly schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during operating hours, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner with professionalism, resolving issues and exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant according to health codes, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences, driving loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, address issues, and provide feedback, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team, driving results and excellence.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards, driving business growth and success.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Point of Sale (POS) systems a plus.
