As an Operations Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for managing one or more work streams for the operations organization. This includes designing project plans, organizing project timelines and deliverables, and facilitating meetings involving stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives. You will also recommend appropriate operational processes, develop and manage project requests and timelines, and communicate project status, details, timelines, and available resources. Additionally, you will plan and execute resource allocation, finalize, approve, and deliver projects, and take corrective action as necessary to drive project results. You will also communicate project plans and deliverables to key stakeholders, identify root causes and develop potential solutions for initiatives, and make recommendations based on data and observation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Develop new innovations and tools for site selection and continuously improve selection methodology.
Analyze and interpret information for one or more initiative work streams to improve business efficiency.
Develop creative solutions within business areas to reduce costs and meet business goals.
Ensure data accuracy and use knowledge and experience of the business to determine what activities must be done by serving as subject matter expert.
Develop and implement scorecards and other tracking mechanisms.
Create new innovations for store activation.
Collaborate with and influence operations and other internal partners in support of strategies.
Drive execution to meet metrics through customer service and platform development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations based on data and observation.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
