Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Eye Care Advisor to join our team at LensCrafters. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all patients.
  • Work closely with our Optometrists to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
  • Assist with the maintenance and disinfection of contact lens inventory.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to patients on the care and handling of contact lenses.
  • Process patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with visual displays and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all associates and patients.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register and computer.
  • Organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
