Optician Assistant

• Convey a commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service by performing key steps of our selling model.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their vision, lifestyle, and budgetary needs.
• Anticipate problems and develop long-term solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate the Point of Sale terminal with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety protocols.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Participation in a sanctioned Apprentice Program.
• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.

• Actively studying for LensCrafters Quality, Fitting, and Adjusting Program.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Previous customer service and retail experience.
