Job Summary

The EyeCare Advisor is a key member of the LensCrafters team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient experience and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of current fashion trends, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional customer service
* Explain all required paperwork, tests, products, and services to patients
* Review prescriptions and patient information carefully to identify special needs
* Show patience and courtesy to indecisive or difficult customers and patients
* Perform work accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume

Requirements

* High School graduate or equivalent
* Strong customer service skills (internal and external)
* Knowledge of current fashion trends
* Strong communicator and listener
* Problem-solving ability
* Familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators
* Organization skills
* Sales skills
* Strong basic math skills
* Knowledge of office and store merchandise

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical
* Strong interpersonal skills
