Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $53,000 to $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Wire Transfer Financial Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers, ensuring proper procedures are followed, and providing exemplary member service. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will play a critical role in maintaining the trust and confidence of our members.

Key Responsibilities
Process outgoing wires following FRB standards and OFAC/BSA policy
Assist members with general wire inquiries, obtain wire agreements, create and maintain recurring wire templates
Review requests for accuracy and proper authorization
Research wire instructions for foreign wires to ensure accuracy and timely receipt
Ensure compliance with CFPB remittance rules

Required Skills and Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or customer service role
Excellent written communication, oral communication, and phone etiquette skills
Above-average aptitude for working with figures while maintaining accuracy
Ability to recognize, trace, and determine how to correct errors
