Come and experience your future at Lockheed Martin. This position is located at Luke AFB in Arizona, and will support the F-35 Program. The position is primarily supporting 2nd shift, but due to the dynamic environment supporting flying operations, the incumbent may be required to work 1st or 2nd shift and a non-standard work schedule.

Some travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a TS/SCI clearance may be required in the future. This position will perform duties as a Security Generalist (SG) and will be responsible for security support of classified and unclassified areas of the F-35 Fighter Training Center (FTC) or Fighter Squadrons.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist instructors, students, and visitors using facilities.
  • Operate badging and access control systems.
  • Monitor security camera systems.
  • Perform random entry/exit searches.
  • Enforce all USAF, local security procedures, and practices.
  • Control access to secure facilities.
  • Handle and store classified documents and electronic media.
  • Monitor compliance with COMSEC and COMPUSEC.
  • Provide assistance with file plans and documentation maintenance in classified containers.
  • Change combinations and generate SF 700s.
  • Assist in self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections.
  • Perform and document vault alarm tests.
  • Assist in security inquiries.
  • Assist in providing training and scheduling of vault hours and coverage in specified squadrons or Fighter Training Center (FTC).
Basic Qualifications
  • Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Vetting (CV) program.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Previous SAP experience and knowledge of DoD Vols. 1-4.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Industrial and/or military security experience.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
Desired Skills
  • Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment.
  • Experience working in a military environment.
  • Knowledge working with the F-35 program security environments.
  • Experience providing briefings and/or training.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800.

Premium Pay Statement

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $63,500 - $119,500.
