About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Generalist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems. As a Security Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the F-35 Program at Luke AFB in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist instructors, students, and visitors in using facilities and enforcing security procedures.
  • Operate badging and access control systems, monitor security camera systems, and perform random entry/exit searches.
  • Enforce all USAF, local security procedures, and practices, including DoD Manual Vol 1-4, ICD 705, and TSCO responsibilities.
  • Control access to secure facilities, handle and store classified documents and electronic media, and monitor compliance with COMSEC and COMPUSEC.
  • Provide assistance with file plans and documentation maintenance in classified containers, change combinations, and generate SF 700s.
  • Assist in self-inspections and prepare for customer inspections, perform and document vault alarm tests, and assist in security inquiries.
  • Assist in providing training and scheduling of vault hours and coverage in specified squadrons or Fighter Training Center (FTC).
Requirements
  • Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Vetting (CV) program.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Previous SAP experience and knowledge of DoD Vols. 1-4.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Industrial and/or military security experience.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.
Desired Skills
  • Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment.
  • Experience working in a military environment.
  • Knowledge working with the F-35 program security environments.
  • Experience providing briefings and/or training.
