Key Responsibilities
  • Application Review and Processing: Review and process Medicaid applications from our Enrollment Representatives, ensuring compliance with all State Medicaid Rules and Regulations.
  • Collaboration and Training: Work closely with Enrollment Representatives to provide ongoing training and support, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively process applications.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Utilize our tracking system to monitor the status of applications from submission to approval, providing regular updates to our Medicaid Controller.
  • Compliance and Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date on Federal and State rules and regulations, ensuring our staff has the necessary knowledge to navigate complex Medicaid programs.
  • Participant Support: Provide exceptional support to our participants, addressing any issues or concerns related to Medicaid eligibility or benefits.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience, with a strong understanding of Medicaid systems and benefits.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
