Key Responsibilities:
- Screen pre-applicants and current tenants to establish eligibility for government programs.
- Perform administrative and clerical functions, including data entry and scheduling interviews.
- Handle renewals for current clients by screening them for continual eligibility and conducting recertification conferences.
- Verify financial documents, including personal information, credit reports, and criminal backgrounds.
- Compose notifications, contracts, and legal documents related to prospective tenants.
- Update allowances as necessary and manage a variety of forms, including logs, reports, and certificates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, notating messages, and directing clients to appointed personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Case Management/Social Worker experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Able to type 40+ wpm.
- Valid Florida Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., carry, push, and pull.
- Bilingual-English and Spanish a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Required to have the Covid-19 vaccine.
