Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen pre-applicants and current tenants to establish eligibility for government programs.
  • Perform administrative and clerical functions, including data entry and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle renewals for current clients by screening them for continual eligibility and conducting recertification conferences.
  • Verify financial documents, including personal information, credit reports, and criminal backgrounds.
  • Compose notifications, contracts, and legal documents related to prospective tenants.
  • Update allowances as necessary and manage a variety of forms, including logs, reports, and certificates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, notating messages, and directing clients to appointed personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Case Management/Social Worker experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Able to type 40+ wpm.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License required.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., carry, push, and pull.
  • Bilingual-English and Spanish a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Required to have the Covid-19 vaccine.
