Job Summary:
- This position offers the chance to work as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic environment, providing care and support to patients with diverse needs.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to maintain patient confidentiality, and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA).
About the Role:
In this role, you'll conduct initial patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress. You'll also administer medications, provide emotional support, facilitate group therapy sessions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications as prescribed and closely monitor patient responses
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health topics
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated patient care
