Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our Behavioral Health team in Lynn, Massachusetts. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective healthcare services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and their families, providing individualized care that addresses their unique needs and concerns. You will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional health, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid/current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field. 2+ years of behavioral health experience is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, education, and certifications. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
