Job Description

Lynn Community Health Center is a mission-driven organization that provides accessible and quality behavioral health care for children & adolescents in a school setting.

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist Leader to join our team. As a member of our integrated healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with school staff to provide supportive, culturally aware, and trauma-informed care to patients.

  • You will create patient-centered treatment plans, provide ongoing treatment, and case management services, and assess patients' ongoing clinical needs and progress.
  • You will perform comprehensive biopsychosocial diagnostic evaluations with patients and engage in collaborative crisis management services in urgent situations.

The successful applicant will have a doctoral or master's degree in a related field, with commensurate practicum, internship, and post-graduate work focused on clinical mental health practice.

Starting salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
