We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment Consultant to join our team in Montpilier, Vermont. As a key member of our project team, you will provide technical advisory services for the State of Vermont IE&E and Medicaid Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize and complete a broad array of IES procurement tasks, including prospective bid reviews and evaluation processes.
  • Design, develop, and implement project initiation, planning, and preparation activities for upcoming IE&E System Modernization work.
  • Implement approved project and/or program-level planning activities to support onboarding selected IES vendor(s).
  • Develop strategic and/or procurement-focused project-level deliverables in support of the client's enterprise-level modernization goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience, including 6 years as a business analyst, consultant, or project manager for State Health Programs.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting large, complex IE&E/Medicaid/HHS system procurements, modernization, and implementation IE&E/Medicaid projects and/or Medicaid business/systems operations and maintenance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with elicitation and verification of business requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years APD development, federal grant, or federal funding requests, management, or status reporting experience with a state or federal agency.
