Convoso, a leading AI-powered contact center platform, is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join its team. With a focus on empowering agents to convert leads faster, our mission is to reshape the future of the call center industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, as well as experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure systems and networks. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems and networks are secure, compliant with applicable regulations, and protected against unauthorized access and other security risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive security initiatives to implement and maintain secure systems and networks.
  • Collaborate with third parties to perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk assessments.
  • Recommend security policies, controls, and cyber incident response planning.
  • Implement and provide ongoing support for cybersecurity policies and procedures.
