Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Professional to join our team of experts in providing cutting-edge technology solutions for the defense industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced IT systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing advanced IT systems.
  • Providing expert-level support for computer networks and network protocols.
  • Integrating cybersecurity into mission systems.
  • Developing cyber tools for use by cyber operators.


In addition to your technical expertise, you will also need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with our team of professionals to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 20+ years of relevant experience in IT systems design and development.
  • Extensive experience working with modern Command, Control, Computing, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Targeting (C5ISRT) systems in the DoD.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • PhD-level/terminal degree.


Estimated Salary:$170,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
