About This Role: We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity and Network Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our cybersecurity and network assurance efforts, ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. You will develop and implement processes to improve network security and performance, working closely with our NOC team to resolve incidents and maintain high service quality.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Communication Engineering, or equivalent experience. You should have at least 3 years of experience in network operations, with a strong background in networking technologies, including TCP/IP, MPLS, DNS, BGP, OSPF, and VPNs. Proficiency in network monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and PRTG, is essential. Additionally, you will need excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCNA, CCIE) or equivalent are highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
