Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at RK Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining product setup and documentation, conducting time studies, and developing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product setup and documentation, including part numbers, part descriptions, BOMs, labor rates, and engineering change notices.
  • Conduct time studies to determine manufacturing process times and capacities.
  • Utilize product drawings, specifications, and engineering data to develop processes.
  • Support manufacturing operations, including tooling, stamping, perforating, forming, and welding.
  • Determine the sequence of steps in manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in steel/metal stamping and tool & die.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
