This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee manufacturing engineering and maintenance operations within our facility.
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Manage large-scale projects and capital investments, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ISO 13485, FDA, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field); a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical systems and medical device manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
