First Meridian Services is looking for a skilled and adaptable Full Service Restaurant Manager to oversee our bustling dining establishment, La Casita. Key Qualifications
- Bi-lingual candidates are preferred.
- No prior kitchen management experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- At least 1 year of management experience is preferred.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences consistently.
- A servant leadership approach with a desire to learn, grow, and mentor others.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
- Completion of a 10-year criminal background check is mandatory.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all areas; promptly address complaints to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan and schedule labor in anticipation of business demands while meeting labor cost objectives.
- Accurately complete all financial and personnel-related administrative tasks in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation for food handling and cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas.
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop staff while fostering open communication.
- Create a positive, safe, and enjoyable work environment for all team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Availability to work during holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings as needed.
