RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist operations with an emphasis on processing and coordinating assets and procurement for the region.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with sales to strategize operations and inventory requirements
  • Handle customer inquiries to facilitate the delivery of Weatherford products and services
  • Ensure that statements of requirements are thorough and precise for all orders
  • Verify the accuracy of tickets for all orders
  • Ensure timely delivery, signing, and return of tickets
  • Coordinate logistics for product delivery to clients
  • Act as the primary contact in operations for designated customer accounts
  • Support warehouse and equipment inspections as necessary
  • Occasionally assist with 24/7 on-call responsibilities
  • Understand and adhere to Weatherford's Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions
  • Must be familiar with and comply with all safety regulations and company policies of Weatherford
  • Perform various other tasks and activities as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the role
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3-4+ years of operational experience, with 0-1 years in a coordinator role
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Business acumen in Operations and Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Weatherford's service equipment and business operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to apply diplomatic skills when interacting with company and external customer personnel
  • Capable of working closely with both internal and external clients
