Utilizing theoretical knowledge to address practical engineering challenges is essential, with independent judgment applied to less complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute installation services for gas lift systems in field environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in calculating fundamental oil industry metrics such as volumes, pressures, and forces.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of diverse field operations, including completions, remedial workovers, cementing, and fracturing.
  • Effectively operate on pulling units and drilling rigs.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on company-owned rental equipment as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of job reports.
  • Assist in shop operations and facilitate deliveries when necessary.
  • Be available for on-call support to address customer requirements at any time.
  • Understand and adhere to Weatherford's Quality Policy, along with all stipulations outlined in the Quality Systems Manual, Operating Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Carry out work assignments to the highest quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, within the job's physical constraints.
  • 1-3 years of relevant field experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma (or equivalent) is required; a 2-year college degree is preferred.
  • Possess general product knowledge and mechanical skills necessary for repairs.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Exhibit basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Be a self-motivated and proactive individual.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively with team members.
