Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installation services for gas lift systems in field environments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in calculating fundamental oil industry metrics such as volumes, pressures, and forces.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of diverse field operations, including completions, remedial workovers, cementing, and fracturing.
- Effectively operate on pulling units and drilling rigs.
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on company-owned rental equipment as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of job reports.
- Assist in shop operations and facilitate deliveries when necessary.
- Be available for on-call support to address customer requirements at any time.
- Understand and adhere to Weatherford's Quality Policy, along with all stipulations outlined in the Quality Systems Manual, Operating Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Carry out work assignments to the highest quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, within the job's physical constraints.
- 1-3 years of relevant field experience is preferred.
- A minimum of a High School diploma (or equivalent) is required; a 2-year college degree is preferred.
- Possess general product knowledge and mechanical skills necessary for repairs.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Exhibit basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Be a self-motivated and proactive individual.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Follow instructions accurately and work collaboratively with team members.
