The Production Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of production activities within the organization. This position involves overseeing various operational tasks and ensuring adherence to established protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accountable for completing assigned Action Items within the department in a timely manner.
  • Facilitates daily production meetings to manage workflow and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Maintains up-to-date production status reports and communicates relevant updates to stakeholders as required.
  • Serves as the primary support for the Division Manager, taking charge of operations in their absence.
  • Conducts training sessions for operational staff and assesses their competencies to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Oversees the management of equipment and resources necessary to achieve operational objectives.
  • Leads the 5S initiative, ensuring the facility is kept clean and organized.
  • Evaluates facility performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Complies with established Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Quality Management System standards.
  • Assists in identifying, investigating, and rectifying non-conformances, recommending operational enhancements under the Division Manager's guidance.
  • Maintains the machine maintenance schedule to prioritize operational efficiency.
  • Ensures adherence to company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
