We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our guests and employees, as well as protecting our assets.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
- Secure rooms and assist guests with room access
- Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audits
- Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
- Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas
- Assist guests/employees during emergency situations
- Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required
- Gather information and complete reports
- Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents, release information to authorized individuals
- Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve safety hazard situations
- Handle all interruptions and complaints
- Escort unwelcome persons from the property
- Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws
- Call for assistance using proper code responses
- Provide proper paperwork to employees
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 2-years of related work experience

This position offers a competitive salary range of $22.23 to $29.65 per hour, as well as health care benefits, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
