Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workfront Project Manager to join our team at Solomon Page. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on Workfront and marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Business Owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Monitor project performance and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date in Workfront.
  • Oversee resource allocation and manage project dependencies to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years working extensively with Workfront.
  • Proven experience working with Product Business Owners to manage marketing projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage project risks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification preferred.
