Job Overview

MtronPTI is a leading innovator in RF and Microwave electronic components, serving the military, aerospace, and space industries. We're seeking a skilled Filter Engineering Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, test, align, and troubleshoot LC filters, cavity filters, tubular filters, crystal filters, and other filter topologies.
  • Mentor and assist other technicians in finding, understanding, and solving problems.
  • Collaborate with engineers to implement and troubleshoot new filter prototypes.
  • Compile and analyze data and records related to test results and changes made on prototypes.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in an RF troubleshooting environment. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of filters and their components, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Experience with oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and other electronic testing equipment is a must.
