Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Legal Administrative Assistant for a prominent law firm. This role involves providing essential support to attorneys engaged in litigation and managing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the attorney's calendar, including scheduling depositions and client consultations.
  • Initiate case files and maintain organized electronic documentation.
  • Assist with timekeeping and billing entries.
  • Draft, transcribe, and revise legal documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate filing of documents with relevant courts, including both electronic and paper submissions.
  • Generate reports utilizing the matter management system.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a law firm supporting litigation attorneys.
  • Preferred educational background includes an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with court filing procedures.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
