Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at ULG Staffing.

Estimated Salary

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to manufacturing operations, including:

  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Assembly and Inspection: Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and machinery.
  • Cycle Counting and Testing: Conduct cycle counting and testing procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels and product quality.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Physical Ability: Be comfortable working at heights and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with a team.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Be reliable and flexible, with the ability to work overtime as scheduled.
