Salary
The estimated salary for this position is between $44,000 to $89,300 per annum, with 25% international travel required. Benefits include a comprehensive package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
Job Description
This role involves performing complex duties and tasks independently to implement Oracle products and technology on board cruise and river ships or shore-side locations. The successful candidate will lead solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience within Dining Management systems (as end-user or administrator) is an advantage, experience with Simphony POS is a plus
- 2+ years Hospitality Management experience (preferably Cruise Ship Operations) and a good understanding of on-board cruise operations especially in the area of accounting, first purser, chief purser or IT officer
- Routine independence while researching and developing solutions to customer issues
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating at all levels of client organizations
