- Provide outstanding service to guests, whether in person or via phone communication.
- Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process for all guests.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests.
- Ability to manage tasks that involve verbal interaction and guest engagement.
- Physical capability to lift items up to 10 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform various movements.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
