Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
  • Record transactions in the MICROS system and process payments
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure that all equipment is in good working order
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
