Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our service team as a Server Representative. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables and ensure a smooth service flow, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service and meet guest expectations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation is a plus.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
