Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverage requests promptly, ensuring that established service procedures and standards are followed.
  • Ensure friendly greeting to all guests and maintain a positive attitude throughout their dining experience.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Attend daily pre-meal tastings to ensure knowledge of menu offerings and wine pairings.
  • Check with guests during meal for satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Responsible for guest check and proper payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other servers and support staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, wine list, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of related experience in a fine dining establishment.
  • Basic knowledge of wine, food, and cooking methods.
Working Conditions

The Front Server will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with regular exposure to noise, heat, and humidity. The ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a team-oriented environment is essential.
