As a Front Desk Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, providing information about our offerings, and managing sales transactions. This position requires you to register guests both in person and via phone, check them in upon arrival, maintain accurate guest records, ensure the completion of necessary liability forms, and manage reservations and messages. Additionally, you will oversee retail sales, inventory management, and stocking of merchandise.

In this pivotal role at POWDR, you will collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience and ensure seamless operations. You will be the first point of contact for guests, making your role essential in fostering a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all POWDR products, programs, and pricing.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate programs and products.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, focusing on product knowledge and engagement.
  • Ensure guests complete liability waivers accurately.
  • Accurately input data into sales systems and maintain guest records.
  • Distribute wristbands to guests as needed.
  • Manage phone inquiries and return customer calls promptly.
  • Address any questions from potential guests regarding our offerings.
  • Sell and replenish retail items while maintaining inventory levels.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and tidy.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in guest services or retail.
  • Highly organized and efficient in task management.
  • Experience in administrative roles is a plus.
  • Friendly, courteous, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
