Role Overview: As a Mountain Sports Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a friendly, inclusive, and enthusiastic atmosphere that encourages skill development and enjoyment on the slopes. You will have the unique opportunity to inspire the next generation of snow sports enthusiasts, regardless of their age or skill level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging group and private lessons for participants of all ages.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming experience for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Act as a representative of our resort and the sports we cherish.
  • Introduce newcomers to skiing and snowboarding, sharing your enthusiasm for these exhilarating activities.
  • Support guests in enhancing their skills on the snow.
Qualifications:
  • A friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to guest service.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • A solid understanding of safety practices and ethical standards.
  • The ability to maintain professionalism and composure in various situations.
  • Willingness to ski or snowboard in diverse weather conditions for extended periods.
Work Schedule:
  • Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
  • Full-Time: 4 to 5 consistent days each week throughout the winter season.
  • Part-Time: A minimum of 1 consistent day each week during the winter season.
  • Holiday/On-Call: Commitment to at least 16 peak days during the winter season.
