As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing high-quality beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Ensure the highest level of guest service to internal and external guests, with particular focus on product knowledge, quality, and freshness.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare assorted espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos.
  • Food Preparation: Make sandwiches, salads, and other food items to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system to process transactions and manage inventory.
  • Cafe Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including the kitchen, floors, sinks, and appliances.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other cafe team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements
