Position Overview

As an Electrical Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading all aspects of electrical construction initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from inception to finalization.
  • Coordinating and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Tracking project milestones, including scheduling, inspections, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols, organizational policies, and industry regulations.
  • Conducting regular site meetings with subcontractors and team members to assess progress, resolve challenges, and adjust project timelines as necessary.
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients, general contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project specifications and expectations.
  • Keeping comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and records.
