Finance Representative II

At Apollo Professional Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Shared Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, resolving complex issues, and performing administrative tasks with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide comprehensive customer care services, including collecting information, performing transactions, and documenting service
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to answer complex client questions and escalate cases as needed
- Work independently to manage cases and relationships with customers and clients
Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- Minimum Education: High School / GED
- Basic experience with Windows and MS Office 2010 Applications
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow Ticketing System, and remote troubleshooting
- Ability to learn and work within enterprise-level financial systems, including PeopleSoft Enterprise Helpdesk and Expense Management System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, finance, or a related field
- Experience with financial systems, including Oracle Financials and Deltek Cost Point
- Knowledge of security applications, including antivirus software and Blackberry, Android, and iPhone
- Bilingual - fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
