Job Summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's expanding team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve production goals, maintain quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Production Planning and Coordination: Assign production tasks to department leads/supervisors, coordinate with other departments to meet schedules and budgets, and resolve production-related issues.
  • Quality and Compliance: Enforce quality standards, conduct audits for compliance with Quality Environmental Management System (QEMS) procedures, and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Resource Management: Ensure adequate resources for tasks, implement company policies, and maintain a safe work environment by following housekeeping, 5S, and safety procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Provide input for strategic planning to meet operational goals, promote continuous process and performance improvement, and support EHS initiatives and resource sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years of related technical or supervisory experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in database management (Excel) and presentation systems (PowerPoint). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
