Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Click Bond. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing quality assurance programs to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and maintain quality assurance objectives aligned with corporate policies and goals.
  • Interpret and convey quality assurance philosophy to key personnel in the organization.
  • Perform quality engineering reviews of design and purchasing documentation for compliance with stated requirements.
  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
  • Review all data obtained during quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and validate new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
  • Keep management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and actions being taken to improve conditions.
  • Prepare and present technical and program information to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum ten years related experience and/or training in the same or related industry.
  • Minimum five years supervisory experience.

Working Conditions:

  • The work is primarily sedentary, although there may be occasional walking, standing, bending, and carrying of items weighing less than 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.
