The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in occupational therapy or physical therapy, with experience in management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer all aspects of rehabilitation services
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and provide direct patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure superior clinical and fiscal integrity
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy or physical therapy
  • Valid state professional licensure
  • Experience in management and continuing education
