Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Our Community Credit Union. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address member inquiries and conduct research to provide accurate solutions
- Process loan payments, handle skip payment requests, and issue Visa cards
- Recommend OURCU products and services to meet members' needs
- Collaborate with the Contact Center Supervisor and eService's Manager as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills and prior experience in financial institutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
